The Penn Badgley thriller, which has relocated from Lifetime to the streaming service, will be back for Season 2 on Thursday, Dec. 26.

Netflix has the ideal holiday gift for fans of YOU - and they don't even need to wrap it. The show's return date was posted on its Twitter page Monday morning, and actor Penn Badgley, who plays the charming yet unsafe lead Joe Goldberg, tweeted "Ready for a fresh start". I don't know about you, but my Christmas break plans are already made: I'll be watching the sure-to-be intense second season of the hit series along with friends and fans of the original series.

YOU's first season followed Badgley's Joe Goldberg, a bookstore employee who instantly fell for, then obsessively stalked, a customer-turned-love interest named Beck.

Still, if you've read the book, what are you most looking forward to seeing when the second season premieres?

Netflix previously "leaked" the release date of the show when it posted one of its usual countdown lists, showing new series and films plus how many days viewers have to wait for them to be released. In season one, grad student Guinevere Beck (Elizabeth Lail) wanders into his shop, and Joe uses his internet stalking skills to make her fall in love with him.
