Ayushmann registers career-best opening with Bala

Released on 3,000 shows across the country, Bala amassed Rs 10 crore (approximately) at the Indian box space of enterprise on the vital day, in line with early estimates.

After stirring up a number of controversies and seeing multiple changes made in the release date, Amar Kaushik's directorial Bala hit the screens on November 8th.

Impressing fans as a dusky girl in the latest release 'Bala, ' Bhumi Pednekar says she paid no heed to the people who told her that playing the dark-skinned character was a fearless move on her part.

Bala, which opened in theatres on Friday, has raked in as much as Rs 10.15 on Day 1 and Mr Adarsh said in his tweet, the numbers are a result of positive responses from early goers and Ayushmann's huge fan-following. If this continues the same way, Bala is sure to become yet another massive success story for Ayushmann Khurrana.
