The National Transportation Safety Board released an accident report for a small plane crash that happened on September 7.

Another gender reveal celebration has gone wrong, this time causing a recent plane crash in west Texas. Immediately after dropping the water, the plane stalled and crashed, sustaining damage to its fuselage and right wing, the NTSB said. Records show that pilot Raj Horan, had been "conducting a gender reveal flight for a friend" when, after releasing about 350 gallons of water, the plane stalled.

Meanwhile, a gender reveal in Iowa last month left a 56-year-old woman dead after she was hit with debris following an explosion, reports TV station WBNS.
