With the recent release of the Joker movie, which placed Joaquin Phoenix in the role of the titular character, superhero (and supervillain) fans have speculated that both Phoenix's character and that of Pattinson's Batman will soon face off.

Rumors offer the movie will be adapting the DC Comics "The Long Halloween" storyline and explores a detective case where people start dying in unusual ways so Batman must go deep into the dark world of Gotham City to find the clues and solve the mystery/conspiracy connected to Gotham City's history and criminals.

In the same interview, he was asked about the new Batsuit and how the audience is curious to see the same.

According to Pattinson, he still hasn't seen the final version of his Batman suit, but notes that "Matt has got a really awesome idea about it". "I don't think I could ever play a real hero - there's always got to be something a little bit wrong".
