Hart's release comes 10 times right after he underwent back medical procedures next a vehicle crash on Sunday, Sept. 1. It would be recalled that we reported that Kevin Hart would be undergoing weeks of intense therapy to recover from the injuries sustained during the auto crash.

Hart was hospitalized on September 1 for "major back injuries" suffered when his friend, Jared Black, reportedly lost control of his 1970 Plymouth Barracuda. Black, whose current condition is still unknown, was airlifted from the scene to a local hospital.

In the auto with Hart at the time of the accident was actor Jared S. Black, who was driving the vehicle, and Black's fiancée, Rebecca Broxterman, who is the personal trainer of the comedian's wife, Eniko Hart.

Kevin has nonetheless to deal with the accident publicly, but near friend Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson shared an update on his progress for the duration of Monday's physical appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Demonstrate.

"I spoke with Kevin, I actually refer to him as my son", said Johnson, joking about Hart's smaller size.

"And you know what?" These things happen in life, and thank God he was strapped in tight to his vehicle seat. "He's one of my best friends. Thank God. I am glad, he is fine and he is awake", Parrish said. He is a lucky man. "I wish him the best".

The 40-year-old is alleged to have suffered three spinal fractures in the crash, which required him to have surgery to fuse several areas around the spine.

A source previously told ET that Hart fractured his spine in three places as a result of the auto accident earlier this month.

So far, Hart has not yet issued an official statement on the crash.

The driver was determined not to be under the influence of alcohol, according to a report from the California Highway Patrol.
