Maura, 28, was left devastated on tonight's episode of Love Island.

Marvin is rooting for Molly-Mae and Tommy - who are now the only official couple in the villa - to win the show.

Speaking about why his and Maura's romance came to an end, Marvin said: "I have no idea why it fizzled out!"

She announced to her fellow Islanders on Tuesday night that she'd be leaving the villa, after sitting Curtis down to explain that they both needed to move on separately.

He had attempted to pursue Maura Higgins but she was not interested and wanted to pair with Curtis Pritchard - but that was not to be.

Marvin has been dumped from the villa.

There was a dramatic recoupling in tonight's episode.

Sarah Kinsella, spokesperson for BoyleSports said: "The new arrivals Chris and Francesca could cause all sorts of upset and drama in the villa with Chris admitting he likes Maura and Francesca fancies Curtis and Anton".

"I don't know", says Curtis.

Earlier in the day Maura watched Curtis pull Francesca over for a chat as she sat nearby with Molly-Mae who offered to go over and intervene. They're so comfortable with each other.

"My Love Island journey finished last night when I sat at that fire pit and I looked at it and thought, 'Even if I had to take the last week, I would take it if it meant I could take those first four weeks over again.' I want to leave in a positive way, surrounded by the people I love, like this". I'm starting to see Michael and Joanna getting really close and they're starting to show those signs.

But she praised Love Island's duty of care - under scrutiny after former contestants Sophie Gradon and Mike Thalassitis took their own lives - saying she has had regular counselling. "Those couples are the strongest for me".
