In a brand new interview with TMZ, WWE Legend, John Cena spoke about the possibility of retiring from wrestling, admitting he has had the conversation.

Last week saw Cena added to the cast of Fast & Furious 9, which should be his biggest movie role so far.

"There are countless ways to describe the upside of an opportunity like this". They're also known for delivering the larger-than-life action and continue to outdo themselves, but they never shy away from story and the narrative that they've developed... Literally, I'm surrounded by a group of people who are better than I am and such skilled people with so much experience, so what a great environment to learn from.

However Cena believes that when it came to ending one's career, it was up to the individual and said it was not his place to advice either Wrestler. He revived his "Doctor Of Thugonomics" character to banter Elias into oblivion at WrestleMania 35, but has remained absent ever since, with the 42-year-old seemingly winding down in favour of a career in Hollywood.

John also owed thanks to his co-star Vin Diesel for his cryptic Instagram post that had Cena's fans on an overdrive, speculating the casting rumours.

"And his message had a lot of weight and appeal to it".

The film is expected to start production later this month with an eye for a May 22, 2020 release date.
