Jalon Jones, a former University of Florida quarterback who is now in the transfer portal, was accused of sexual battery in April.

The first incident started as consensual sex, until the woman told Jones repeatedly to stop. The incident reports likely will be forwarded to the state attorney's office, which will investigate the case before determining whether to charge Jones with any crimes. According to the report, obtained by the Tampa Bay Times, the student got a rape kit from the Shands South Hospital the night of the alleged assault but decided not to press criminal charges.

Although there have been rumors circling around this transfer, with many claiming Jones was leaving due to playing time, plenty of Florida players took to social media to debunk that. When the two left, she says she told him to stop but Jones would not until she was able to push him away. The second woman told police Jones tried to console her about a disagreement she had earlier with a friend, but soon began to kiss her neck.

According to the incident reports, the female students visited Jones and freshman cornerbacks Jaydon Hill and Chris Steele around 2 a.m.at the dormitory. He arrived in Gainesville in January as a four-star recruit from Richmond, Va. Jones is the No. 10 dual threat quarterback in the class of 2019, per 247sports. He was listed as the fourth-string quarterback on the Gators' depth chart.

Gators spokesman Steve McClain said the university is "aware of the incident reports" and that athletic and campus protocols were followed.
