Mr. Trump, taking a few questions from reporters on the sidelines of the White House Easter Egg Roll Monday morning, said no one in the administration disobeys him.

"I want to wish everybody a very happy Easter", Trump said, addressing the crowd from the Truman Balcony, where he was joined by first lady Melania Trump and a bespectacled bunny character.

President Donald Trump said Monday that he was "not even a little bit" anxious about the potential for impeachment.

"Oh, it's happening", Trump told the child on the South Lawn of the White House, after the child apparently urged the president to "keep building" it.

According to past reporting by The Daily Caller, the president has already secured more than half of the funding necessary to complete the wall on the southern border through emergency powers, executive action and congressional appropriations from past years. "He's going to be a conservative someday", the president said.

The main event is the traditional rolling of hard-boiled eggs across the lawn, but the first lady has announced two new additions to the lineup of festivities: musical eggs and a game of hopscotch named for her "Be Best" children's initiative. Some were given away as "egg pops", hard-boiled eggs on a stick.

In the reading nook, Mrs. Trump read "The Wonderful Things You Will Be" by Emily Winfield Martin.
