Sancho, who is still only 18 years old, has been in unbelievable form for Dortmund this season.

"Doing everything they can to sign him."
It seems likely that Ole Gunnar will be looking to sell the Chilean this summer, and attempt to bring one of Europe's most exciting prospectives as a replacement.

United consider Sancho to be the flawless replacement for Alexis Sanchez who has failed to make an impact at Old Trafford since his move from Arsenal a few seasons ago.

The Red Devils are hot on his track and reports have emerged that United are prepared to fork out around £100m for the teenager.

"First day I'd seen him training with us, I was really happy to see such a talent", Sterling told Sport360. From minute one. I was playing right-back against him one day in pre-season training and he spun me back and I almost did my back in. "English, young, hungry and talented, that's all I need to know".

Discussing whether he feels Sancho has the right attitude to play for Manchester United, the former centre-back continued: "He has got the mentality".

"The kid's mentality, to leave Manchester City, who wanted him to stay, to just say "My ability deserves it and I think I can do it straight away, right now". The mentality is a big part of it all, whether he has the physical attributes or not remains to be seen as he is still young.

Recent reports have claimed that the Red Devils could launch an £80m-plus bid for the England worldwide in the summer, with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side seemingly prioritising a move for the Borussia Dortmund star. He also has nine goals to his name, all in 35 appearances this campaign.

The report details that Dortmund would turn to 18-year-old Hudson-Odoi if they need to find a replacement, who has linked up with Sancho during the global break with the senior England squad.
