The 18-year-old is a product of the Leeds' academy and has been making the right waves in the English second division, in what is his debut campaign.

The youngster was taken unwell during the Whites game against Middlesbrough and had to be stretchered off the bench, but his agent later tweeted that Clarke was fine after spending some time in hospital.

The incident saw 12 minutes of injury time added on, bringing the game to a standstill too.

Once there his condition improved and he was fully conscious, responsive and breathing normally when he was taken to hospital for further assessment, accompanied by members of the Leeds medical team.

Fans have been wishing Clarke the best.

Clarke was taken to hospital and then spent Saturday night in the care of Leeds' medical staff.

The same story says that Klopp recently sent Liverpool FC scouts to keep tabs on Clarke's progress. "We don't know the reasons yet, but when he was taken to the dressing room he was feeling better". "All our thoughts go to the lad Clarke".

Clarke has made 16 league appearances for Leeds this season, scoring two goals and attracting interest from Premier League clubs during the January transfer window.

That win puts Leeds top of the Championship by just a point, but Norwich can overtake them by avoiding defeat in the "Old Farm derby" tomorrow afternoon against Ipswich.

They also extended their hold on an automatic promotion place over third-placed Sheffield United back to three points, matching the Blades' 3-3 draw with Aston Villa on Friday.
