He and Kim attended opening night of The Cher Show on Broadway, although he was called out by actor Jarrod Spector for looking at his phone.

Among them were Kim Kardashian and her husband, Kanye West.

Theater etiquette has gotten other celebrities in trouble, like when Lin-Manuel Miranda got mad at Madonna for allegedly texting all through the second half of Hamilton.

West took the criticism in stride, and praised the show as he apologized for his "lack of etiquette".

Kanye West was slammed for his rude behavior during The Cher Show Broadway play by one of the stars - in the middle of the performance!

Rapper Kanye West was caught on camera "stealing" an earring from a Versace fashion show. They can not put them down.

Kardashian's love for Cher and Bono was well documented in 2017, when she and pal Jonathan Cheban dressed as the famous former couple for Halloween. "And there were no parts where I wanted to gouge my eyes out".

Spector has accepted the rapper's apology, telling Entertainment Tonight his tweet was "just a quick goof", adding, "he was standing and applauding at the end". ("You look BEAUTIFUL Little Armenian Sister", Cher wrote in response to one of the reality star's Halloween costumes).

There was no doubt an announcement before the show about phone usage, which makes Kanye West's actions especially inconsiderate. The subject of the musical, known for her own plentiful tweets, has yet to weigh in on West's faux pas.
