A white woman who was filmed harassing two black sisters outside of an apartment complex in North Carolina last month has reportedly turned herself over to the police to face charges stemming from the incident. She was served with an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for the misuse of the 911 system and four criminal summons for simple assault and communicating threats, according to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department.

One of the women Westwood yelled at in the parking lot of a North Carolina apartment complex posted the video to Facebook, showing how Westwood treated her and her sister when she approached them that night.

Facebook Susan Westwood, 51, turned herself into the Sunset Beach Police Department on Saturday after being wanted on charges related to the October 19 incident. She also called 911 during the encounter, police say.

"Folks that are trying to break into apartments, they're actually people that I've never see here before but they are African-American", Westwood said on the 911 call. "Do you hear her?" a victim tells the dispatcher. "I'm sorry to have to do that out loud, but nobody breaks their auto down here on goal unless they're looking for money", Westwood told the dispatcher. They said the verbal exchange continued as the woman used foul language and made disparaging remarks.

"Nobody breaks their vehicle down in the best part of society".

"I'll tell you what, I'll pay $2,500 to get them out of here". "Nobody cares! I'm white and I'm hot". I'm 51. What are we going to talk about tonight? "Just get them the f-- out of here right now". Being hot? Being lovely?

Westwood has also been fired from her job at Charter Communications. In Brooklyn, a white woman called police on a 9-year-old black boy she accused of grabbing her behind when footage showed his backpack grazed her.
