To be fair, it's not too hard to raise your level in Assassin's Creed Odyssey. Even so, the developers have made clear their plans to release consistent content updates going forward. On top of that, the level cap's being increased from 50 to 70, and Ubisoft says that any experience that you've gained while at level 50 will be retroactively added to your total once the update hits.

Another update coming this month is visual customisation, which allows players to customise the look of each armor component.

The self-contained story Divine Intervention will center around a "mysterious woman" who will test players with divine trials. There are some big changes coming, including a level cap that'll be increasing by at least 20 levels. There will be no time limit to tackle these questlines, so feel free to play them at any time.

More Epic Events are in the works as well featuring Epic Mercenaries and Epic Ships, for those over level 30.

Arriving in classical Greece on the 13th November, Steropes the Cyclops will be challenging Kassandra/Alexios' skills in a brand-new side-quest called The Lightning Bringer.

Defeating the Cyclops will be a high-level challenge, and should you manage to succeed you will be rewarded with a Legendary Bow.

There's also new quests! Those who reached level 50 will gain all the experienced they've earned since then and added to the new level cap.

At first it was mentioned here and there that we should not expect to have the level of customization in Odyssey like we had in Origins. You can learn more about accessibility in Assassin's Creed in our latest interview with Jonathan Bedard here!
