Baltimore also has 10-days to prepare for their next game against the Denver Broncos, and there had better not be any remnants of the performance displayed against Cincinnati. But a determined Cincinnati squad played spoiler and brought the Ravens' 2017 season to a screeching halt in Week 17.

After having eight-plus months to stew on the playoff berth that slipped away, the Ravens took out their frustrations on those very Bills in the season opener, romping to a 40-0 lead in less than 35 minutes before settling for a 47-3 victory.

But the Ravens' resurgence quickly faltered under Flacco.

For them, the last-minute touchdown in Baltimore became a starting point.

"John is a different type of player, just with his speed and what he does to defenders", Flacco said. He entered the year with 474 tackles in four seasons. Anyone who has followed his advice is up big.

He has scrutinized Ravens vs. Bengals from every possible angle to reveal a strong point-spread pick that he's sharing only over at SportsLine. The Ravens were simply helpless against Green when he was in scoring distance, and his nose for the end zone will be critical for Cincinnati this year.

The Ravens are 7-1 under Harbaugh in short-week Thursday games, and their Week 1 blowout helped them rest a few veterans. Anyone who was able to sit down and watch all 60-minutes of this "game" would be able to tell you that Baltimore was nearly immediately outmatched by Cincinnati.

There's never a good time to suffer an injury, but this one came at a particularly untimely manner for Mosley, as he is playing on the previous year of his deal with the Ravens, as mentioned by Schefter.

Baltimore: Flacco and the Ravens offense took almost an entire half of football to get into a groove, and by then it was too late. The first was when the Colts were on Cincinnati's four-yard line and the other iced the game when Clayton Fejedelem returned a fumble 83 yards for a touchdown. Atkins was a force in the interior, racking up two sacks and several quarterback pressures, at times making All-Pro guard Marshal Yanda look silly. He finished the game with five receptions for 69 yards and his three scores.

Dalton and Green rank fourth in active quarterback-pass catcher combinations with 56 touchdowns together, and second in quarterback-wide receiver combinations. Flacco completed 25 of 34 passes for 236 yards and three scores before being rested.

White has evaluated all of these numbers, and while we can tell you he's leaning under, he has found a crucial x-factor for which side you should be all over in this one.

Why will the Ravens win?

The Bengals will have to find a way to make up for the absence of a pair of key linebackers.
