Frank Ocean sends cease and desist to Travis Scott over ‘Astroworld’ track

Frank Ocean has reportedly sent a cease and desist letter to Travis Scott, demanding that his vocals on a song on Scott's new hit album "Astroworld" be removed.

Sources close to TMZ claim that Ocean was not happy with the way his vocals were altered for the final production. The beef's about "Carousel" featuring Frank. Frank's pitch is noticeably higher on the third verse than the chorus, but it's unclear exactly what changes were made that upset him.

As for Scott, the report says he "hasn't flinched" and has "zero plans to remove Frank from the track".

Praising the track, a fan on Twitter admitted: 'Carousel by Travis Scott is one of my favs, ' while another said: 'Frank Ocean really shedded his sacred tears on CAROUSEL to serve as the handsome vice to Travis Scott's rage'.

"I think the song sounds cool, I did it in like 20 minutes and the mix sounds the way Travis wanted it to sound for his record". Me and Travis resolved it amongst ourselves weeks ago. "I also approved it before it came out so the cease and desist wasn't about it was about ️‍", Frank Ocean wrote on tumblr.
