Ariana Grande is speaking out for the first time about the death of her ex-boyfriend Mac Miller.

"Malcolm McCormick, known and adored by fans as Mac Miller, has tragically passed away at the age of 26". "I'll tell you the story as many times as you want", replies Miller.

"I adored you from the day I met you when I was nineteen and I always will", she captioned a video of Miller.

In the caption, Grande says in part, "I really can't wrap my head around it".

Grande took to her Instagram on Friday to express her sorrow over the loss of Miller, who died at his home in California's San Fernando Valley on September 7. I'm so sorry I couldn't fix or take your pain away.

Grande and Miller had previously dated for nearly two years - shortly after the pair split, he was arrested for driving under the influence. The kindest, sweetest soul with demons he never deserved.

At the time, Ariana posted an official statement about the breakup, describing Miller as 'one of my best friends in the whole world'.

"I hope you're okay now". His ex-girlfriend, Ariana Grande, shared a photo of the rapper a few days after his passing but didn't share much. We're so glad the singer has Pete Davidson by her side to help support her through this. She's shared a private video of her and Mac laughing together.
