White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders is expected to speak at 2:30 p.m. ET.

In a statement to ABC News, a senior Trump campaign official confirmed to ABC News the: "Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. has filed an arbitration against Manigault-Newman with the American Arbitration Association in New York City, for breach of her 2016 confidentiality agreement with the Trump Campaign".

In this February 1, 2017, file photo, President Donald Trump speaks during a meeting on African American History Month in the Roosevelt Room of the White House in Washington.

When Manigault-Newman returned to the White House and complained about DeVos to Trump, she claims the president shook his head in disgust and implied he'd fire her soon: "She is Ditzy Devos, what do you expect?"

[MUSIC] I can't expand upon, because I have to still go back to work with these individuals, but when I have a chance to tell my story, Michael Quite a story to tell. "Is this a joke?" She's not below anyone else in the White House.

"I don't have that word in my vocabulary, and never have". She wore that jacket to hurt Trump, setting off a controversy that he would have to fix, prolonging the conversation about the administration's insensitivity, ruining the trip itself, and trying to make sure that no one asked her to do something like that again. Putting her in the White House.

"I think most of America would be happy to ignore it but unfortunately the individuals in this room continue to create a large platform for somebody they know not to have a lot of credibility", she said.

Mrs Newman has known Mr Trump for nearly 15 years, and appeared on several seasons of The Apprentice, where she was known to viewers as the programme's "villain". Tur wondered - odd, given that Omarosa already said so to MSNBC colleague Chris Matthews. "It rolled off his mouth. you'd never imagine he'd talk that way". "My first reaction to it was this can't be true". "My first instinct was to protect [Trump], and not to dive deeper, because I dismissed it as untrue".

Both topped best-seller lists, dominated headlines, and inspired many an infuriated @realDonaldTrump tweet before fading into the ether of Trump takedowns, come and gone.

Mr Trump tweeted a barrage of insults on Tuesday morning (local time) as Ms Manigault Newman continued promoting her White House tell-all and releasing secret audio recordings.

Viewers also called out Omarosa, 44, for being "rude" to interviewer Savannah Guthrie, as the former Apprentice star told the host to "slow down" her fast paced questioning. "Is this a joke", he reportedly said.

Trump tweeted Monday that Manigault Newman has a "fully signed Non-Disclosure Agreement!"

Political consultant Frank Luntz said Manigault Newman mentioned him as one of the sources of the racial slur claim-an attribution he denied. She has released segments of conversations with Trump and chief of staff John Kelly that she secretly recorded, leading White House officials to worry that there are more recordings still to come.

"But I will say this to you, I was complicit with this White House deceiving this nation", she said on NBC's "Meet the Press" on Sunday.

In July, the newspaper reported that Manigault Newman landed a seven-figure book deal with Simon & Schuster, a subsidiary of CBS.
