A 20-year-old Florida man won $451 million in January. The next jackpot will climb to at least $493 million, and if there is a victor, the cash payout will be worth $296 million.

The winning numbers will be drawn on Friday at 11 p.m. Matching five numbers, but not the final "match" number produces a $1 million payout.

The Mega Millions jackpot is nearing the half-billion mark with a $493 million estimated total for Tuesday's drawing.

Mega Millions is available in 44 states, plus the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
