It's claimed Rangers have offered £4m to Fenerbahce, and a decision is yet to be made on whether a move will go ahead.

Burnley finished seventh in the Premier League this season, with Arfield scoring twice and laying on one assist in 18 top-flight appearances.

Arfield revealed interest from Rangers first materialised several months ago.

The Scottish Premiership outfit have also signed 29-year-old midfielder Arfield on a free transfer following his departure from Premier League club Burnley.

Steven Gerrard has completed his first signing as Rangers manager, luring Scott Arfield north of the border from Burnley.
