There are plenty of fun activities happening right here in Peoria for St. Patrick's Day. And it's alcohol free.

Finally, break out the shamrocks for the annual St. Patrick's Day Parade on Fifth Avenue South in Naples on March 17. Whether you're in the mood for food, music or drinks, you'll find it here.

'The Irish in Jersey play a huge role in the community, organising many cultural events, and I would like to congratulate the Cannon O'Rafferty School of Irish Dance for organising this Irish celebration and attracting so many visitors to Jersey to join the St Patrick's Day party.

Assistant Economic Development Minister Murray Norton, who is opening the event, said: 'Ireland's culture is a unique national strength and it is fantastic to see so many Islanders embracing St Patrick's Day in Jersey like many others will around the globe. Beginning at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 17, the parade commences on 3rd Street and Sheridan and heads South through attractive downtown Phoenix.

Since 2010 a very special project called Ireland's Global Greening Initiative has grown to become a significant worldwide campaign in which landmark sites around the world "turn green" to mark St. Patrick's Day.
