Alexander Polinsky is claiming years of "sexual themed hazing" by Scott Baio on the set of their '80s sitcom "Charles In Charge" with his accusations including Baio allegedly exposing himself and pulling down Polinsky's trousers when he was a minor.

The bullying, Polinsky said, sent him into a depression. Polinsky said he last heard from Baio 10 years ago, when Baio called to invite him to a party and apologize for his past behavior.

Eggert came forward with her accusations recently and said that she was a minor when Baio allegedly abused her.

The actress also addressed her involvement in a latter-day Baio reality project - Scott Baio is 45 and Single - saying she viewed her participation in the show as "a chance to support (Baio) getting therapy".

Polinsky claims Baio used repeated gay slurs against him and told him inappropriate stories about "his sexual conquests with young girls and the costars of the show".

However, Polinsky emphasized that he was not himself sexually abused by Baio.

Bloom told reporters that Eggert filed a Los Angeles police report against Baio on February 6.

Eggert is expected to give a short statement at the news conference, which is scheduled for 9:30 a.m.

Both Eggert and Polinsky claimed that Baio's actions were witnessed by others on set, but wouldn't act because he was the star of the show.

"He sort of manipulated me in the way of, 'Let me get you ready for boys your own age, '" Eggert said. I walked in on them together behind the set. She said Baio made it clear that nobody could know, that it was illegal and "everybody could lose their job, even myself...so I stayed silent".

Baio is more than 11 years older than Eggert.
