Meghan's Suits co-star Patrick J Adams blasted in response: "You're a sad and sick man with no sense of shame or class".

"Get a life. And don't go anywhere near MM - she's got more power, strength, honor and compassion in her fingernail than you'll ever know in this lifetime".

'Way above your weight class'. The Cheddar Man is the fossil of the first modern Brit who had "dark skin".

Meanwhile, Markle and Adams became close friends after playing love interests Rachel Zane and Mike Ross on hit USA legal drama Suits. The two played the characters of Rachel Zane and Mike Ross, who were love interests in the series.

Paul Nehlen, a Republican running for Congress in Wisconsin, posted the photo to his Twitter page with the caption, "Honey, does this tie make my face look pale?" Spreading hatred (in this case against Jews) and posting phone numbers also violates Twitter's terms of use, and Mr. Nehlen's account became the object of at least one "suspend" campaign at the weekend.

Twitter users lined up to condemn Nehlen, who refused to delete the shocking image.

Meghan Markle's former Suits co-star has leapt to her defence after a USA political candidate targeted her in a racist tweet.

Paul Nehlen, a perennial candidate who has made national noise but not come close to defeating Mr. Ryan, had his certified "blue check" account removed.

The Twitter account of the man challenging House Speaker Paul Ryan in the Republican primary has been suspended, possibly over charges of anti-Semitism. As for the recent racial comment about the actress, a spokesperson for Kensington Palace has declined to comment.

Markle, who is a mixed race, has been targeted by racist comments since it was revealed past year that she is dating Prince Harry.

Following the announcement of Prince Harry and Markle's engagement in November last year, the star paid tribute to his cast mate and called the 33-year-old royal a "lucky man". The two are set to get married on May 19 at the Windsor Castle.
