A 16-year-old girl was stabbed to death by another teen inside a Dunkin' Donuts in Westchester County Wednesday afternoon, and police said they are searching for the killer.

Brown eventually stabbed Schwab twice in the torso with a steak knife and fled the scene on foot, detectives say. The student was taken to Jacobi Medical Center where she later died.

The New Rochelle School District confirms that Schwab was enrolled in the high school. Police have identified a suspect and are looking for her.

Police said the victim, identified as Valaree Megan Schwab, was stabbed by another teenage girl around 12:15 p.m. inside the eatery on North Avenue.

She was charged with second-degree murder, and was due for arraignment later Thursday in New Rochelle City Court. Police are investigating the nature of the fight.

According to cops, a half-dozen teens were battling back and forth as they strolled along the street - with one of those involved using pepper spray during the altercation.
