The New England Patriots' running-back-by-committee group will be without two members in Saturday's National Football League divisional round matchup with the Tennessee Titans.

Burkhead, Gillislee and White all are listed as questionable, as well as defensive end Eric Lee, defensive tackle Alan Branch and linebacker Marquis Flowers.

Burkhead had been able to practice on a limited basis on Thursday but was unable to prove that he could suit up for Saturday night's tilt.

Burkhead, who injured his knee against the Pittsburgh Steelers last month and has not played since, has 518 yards from scrimmage and eight touchdowns this season. The Patriots have to hoping that he heals up in time for the AFC Championship game. The 27-year-old, who practiced in limited fashion on Thursday, has rushed for 264 yards and five touchdowns this season.

The Patriots are set to face one of the league's most stiff run defenses in the Titans that ranked fourth in the league while giving up just 3.6 yards per attempt. With both Burkhead and Mike Gillislee likely out, expect a heavy dose of Dion Lewis with James White rotating in for some receiving work. In addition, he caught 30 passes for 254 yards and three scores.
