The song captures Akshay Kumar's character at work.

The 50-year-old is awaiting the release of his ambitious film PadMan which deals with the concept of menstrual hygiene.

The voice of Mohit Chauhan who has earlier given ear soothing chartbusters like "Tum Se Hi", "Tum Ho", "Kun Faya Kun" and others has added magic to the song which might take time to grow on your ears but when played on loop, it might become your favourite in the PadMan album. While the other filmmakers are shifting their film's release date to avoid a clash with the big budget magnum opus Padmaavat, Akshay is least anxious about the commercial success of his film. "I am not thinking about how much money it will collect from box-office".

Clarified his stance, Akshay explained, "For me the biggest thing was when I saw 3-4 youngsters outside my vanity van discussing about issue on menstruation. So I think this is the biggest achievement of this film, when three or four men talk about issue of menstruation", Akshay told IANS, at an event to launch a new song Saale Sapne from PadMan.

The film, which is based on the life of Arunachalam Murugunatham, revolves around the man who thinks differently and makes cheap and affordable sanitary pads for the women of his village.

Helmed by R Balki, Padman will be produced by Twinkle Khanna and is slated to release on January 26, 2018.
