Nintendo Direct 1.11.18 – DARK SOULS ON THE SWITCH!!!

A rumor has surfaced that Dark Souls Remastered PS4 Release Date has leaked and we very much want that to be true, take this with a grain of salt but be hopeful to embark on your quest (again hopefully) into the land of Lordran, remastered for the PS4 now.

What's Different in Dark Souls Remastered?

This version of the game will be released on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC. In a surprise announcement during an impromptu installment of Nintendo Direct, Nintendo and Bandai Namco jointly revealed that a remastered edition of Dark Souls is coming later this year. Along with the visual enhancements, the game will include the DLC from the first game, 'Artorias of the Abyss'.

The World Ends with You was also announced for the Switch.

He added that Dark Souls 3 marks the end of the series as a whole. Even the current PC port isn't the best, so to finally be able to see this game in its intended glory is all I really need. Presumably the game will also be coming to Playstation 4 and Xbox One, but Bandai Namco has yet to confirm that at the time of this article.

On the PS4 and Xbox One, Dark Souls remaster will run at FHD 1080p at 60 FPS.

According to a Twitter user called bdsassy, it looks like a Dark Souls Remastered for PS4 has been spotted in the wild. The inclusion of the Dark Souls franchise in the ever-growing catalogue of Switch games goes right along with Nintendo's decision to include more mature titles like Doom and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
