Rajouri:In an unprovoked ceasefire violation by Pakistan on the LoC in Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri district on Saturday an Indian soldier was martyred.
On December 23 a year ago, the Pakistan Army had resorted to unprovoked firing, leaving four Indian Army soldiers, including a Major from Maharashtra dead in the Keri battalion area of Rajouri sector of the LoC. In retaliation, on December 25, Indian Army troops had crossed the LoC and killed three Pakistani army men in Rawalakote sector of Poonch. Sepoy Jagsir Singh was killed during an unprovoked ceasefire violation from across the border.
