Will it be the superhero movie to end all superhero movies?

Teen Titans GO! has pretty much taken over Cartoon Network the last few years as blocks of the show have steadily replaced new programs, and now it's getting ready to dominate movie theaters (probably). The Frozen star wanted to dive into the Teen Titans landscape because the core team has "such an amusing take on superheroes", she says. Exhausted of being seen as a sidekick, he wants to get the attention of the hottest director in Hollywood, so the Titans head to L.A.to make their dream come true. In addition to Menville, the entire cast from the show reprises their roles, including Robin's bubbly space-girlfriend Starfire (Hynden Walch) goth/emo half-demon Raven (Tara Strong) buff robot Cyborg (Khary Payton) and lackadaisical animal morpher Beast Boy (Greg Cipes). The film comes from the creatives behind the show.

It's a little hard to explain its appeal, but Teen Titans Go! has become something special to DC fans.

Regardless, watch out for an extended fart joke Teen Titans GO!

Going from 15-minute episodes to a full-length film also means bigger musical numbers and A-list guest stars like Kristen Bell, who voices superhero filmmaker du jour Jade Wilson. Do not expect much beyond teen humor-about a quarter of the short trailer is occupied with an extensive fart. That is definitely thedichotomy of TEEN TITANS GO. The team finds their friendship and their fighting spirit failing, putting the very fate of the Teen Titans themselves on the line! It opens in in Australia and New Zealand on July 26, 2018. Except er, it's Teen Titans Go!

The film is being directed by Aaron Horvath and Peter Rida Michail, from a screenplay by Michael Jelenic and Horvath, based on characters from DC. Here is a rundown of some of our most anticipated 2018 projects.
