Liverpool are looking for a replacement for Philippe Coutinho and according to Tuttosport (via ilbianconero) the Reds have already made contact to sign a potential heir to the Brazilian ace.

The 21-year-old joined Real Madrid from Los Verdiblancos in July but despite the domestic campaign not beginning until the following month, he has already been registered with the Seville-based club this season on a technicality.

Real Madrid are said to want Salah as their next "Galactico" signing, as they prepare for another summer refresh at Santiago Bernabeu, but the 25-year-old insists he is paying little attention to gossip.

And he's enjoying a ridiculous campaign, weighing in with goals, including 17 in the league, and assists.

Salah places second in the Premier League top goal scorer list behind Harry Kane, who has scored 18 goals in the competition for Tottenham Hotspurs.

His influence on the team has caught the eye of Europe's elite. "I don't talk much about other players, but he is a player I rate a lot".

Is he plotting a bid in January or in the summer?

Either way, Salah has admitted to reading the reports.

DANI CEBALLOS has sent a "come and get me" invitation to Arsenal and Liverpool.

"Well, I have heard so many rumours it does not bother me anymore", he told Soccer Laduma.

"I'm very happy to win this award again", Salah said on Liverpool's official website after winning the award.
