Prior to his death, he finalized his will, and The Blast managed to obtain copies of the document.

It turns out David Cassidy, The Partridge Family icon who died last month, wasn't very close to his actor daughter, Katie Cassidy-because he left her nothing in his will.

In docs provided by the outlet, Cassidy, who died on November 21 at the age of 67, stated in the will, "It is my specific intent not to provide any benefits hereunder to Katherine Evelyn Cassidy and/or any descendant of Katherine Evelyn Cassidy".

Katie, who was primarily raised by her mother, model Sherry Williams, is also a successful actress who's starred in a number of television shows and films. Cassidy tried to fix his relationship with his daughter for several years, but he confirmed earlier this year that they were no longer communicating.

Despite this, the two had a relationship and she was among those by his hospital bed when he died, tweeting days later, "My father's last words were "So much wasted time".

"I'm proud of her. She has a completely different life", he said. This will be a daily reminder for me to share my gratitude with those I love as to never waste another minute.

He went on to call son Beau "one of the best people you'll ever meet" and said he was a big help in the early stages of his dementia diagnosis. Following her father's death, Katie did make a touching tribute to him on Twitter. Cassidy's three half-siblings will get anything that is deemed to be "music memorabilia". The Blast revealed that Cassidy's will was created in 2004 by his personal representative and then-wife, Susan Cassidy. Since they divorced in 2016, his cousin took over the role.

As of late, Katie has not yet commented regarding her dad's decision to leave her out of his will.
