Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah is among three youngsters to have committed their futures to the club by signing new long-term contracts.

The 23-year-old Macey has played two first-team matches this year, keeping a clean sheet in the 0-0 draw with Red Star Belgrade in the Europa League along with performing well against the Canaries in the same match Nketiah made his bow.

They may not be as vaunted as the "English core", but Eddie Nketiah is a very, very promising young player who has already seen some big minutes this year - he scored both goals in Arsenal's Carabao Cup win over Norwich in October, and played a few minutes in the Europa League against BATE Borisov.

All three will be hoping for further opportunities over the course of the campaign, not least as Arsenal are still in the Europa League, where Wenger has often chosen to play young players.

All the trio have made their first team debuts under Arsene Wenger in the current campaign and Arsenal have acted quickly to reward the three talents with fresh deals.

Ben Sheaf is also on the shortlist to make the squad for the trip to Belarus, with the 19 year-old hoping to make his second senior appearance for the club, with his only previous outing coming as an 89th minutes substitute in Serbia previously.

The deals follow Joe Willock, also signing a contract extension on the dotted line in early November.
