We all know that recently launched iPhone X has 5.8 inch screen and iPhone 8 plus has 5.5 inch display.

Apple will release three new iPhone models in 2018, the KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo predicted in a note distributed to clients on Monday and seen by Business Insider.

Kuo and his research team are well-known for accurately predicting details about upcoming Apple products, thanks to his connections in the Asian manufacturing industry.

The high-end iPhones will include one phone with the same screen size and technology as the iPhone X and a supersized iPhone X model with a 6.5-inch screen.

While the LCD 6.1 model is expected to retail around the $649-$749 price point, the latter two models are expected to be on par with the current model and retail somewhere around the $1,000 price range. But whatever names Apple comes up with, we'll be looking at a Plus variant of the X. Kuo also says that Apple could even release another full-screen phone with a slightly smaller 6.1-inch display screen, but this one will be an LCD panel, essentially making it a bezel-less version of the current iPhone 8 Plus.

The Apple iPhone X has been on the market for a week now and as a tradition, it's time for talks about the phone's successor to kick off.

Of course, we don't expect the name to stick to iPhone X, which is actually iPhone 10.

Kuo also suggested that the new face ID feature in recently launched iPhone will be replaced by same home button in 2018.
