The Vertical was first to report the agreement. Briscoe and Goodwin were recently signed to training camp deals, as first reported by ESPN.

Briscoe, 21, is an undrafted rookie out of Kentucky.

Morrow was in the eyes of many teams, including the Minnesota Timberwolves, who worked him out along with another five free agents earlier this month. Morrow is entering his tenth year in the National Basketball Association with his seventh team. Lillard and McCollum both averaged over 20 points while Nurkic averaged over 10 rebounds per game.

The 31-year-old wing spent the majority of his last three seasons with the Oklahoma City Thunder, suiting up for the Chicago Bulls for nine games. Morrow averaged 5.2 points, 1.1 rebounds, 0.4 assists, and 0.5 steals per game.

Morrow can potentially replace Allen Crabbe's shooting ability. Only Stephen Curry, Kyle Korver and Klay Thompson have matched Morrow's career efficiency (41.7%) and volume (8.0 attempts per 100 possessions) while playing even half as many minutes as Morrow. He is, as mentioned prior, simply trying out as Crabbe's replacement.

The Portland Trail Blazers have added depth at shooting guard by agreeing to a deal with free agent Anthony Morrow.

In addition, it's unclear if any of the aforementioned players are given the opportunity to remain with the team past the preseason.
