Cruise is no stranger to stunt work, having performed all manner of risky stunts in past "Mission: Impossible" flicks - including hanging onto the exterior of a jet plane as it took off.

We won't be seeing the new Mission Impossible movie until summer 2018 and it promises to be exactly the same as the previous 5 Mission Impossible movies!

Tom Cruise was injured during a stunt for "Mission: Impossible 6" when he jumped from rigging on to a building but appeared to miss his mark.

TMZ video shows the 55-year-old actor slamming into a wall while on the set of "Mission: Impossible 6". Cruise was strapped into a safety device during the stunt but fell short when he jumped between the buildings.

It's hard to assess how impactful this accident will be to the production since we don't know the extent of his injuries. The extent of Cruise's injuries wasn't known.
