Motorola has sent out media invites for the event to be held on 24.08.17 at 10:00, but it did not states which smartphone they are going to launch.

These alleged press renders may give us a good look at the Moto X4.

The upcoming Moto X4 is said to sport a full metal body and interestingly, will have an ergonomic design language similar to the first generation Moto X. The new phone will have curved back with super slim edge and bump in the middle, perfectly designed to offer perfect grip to the hand.

Motorola is done releasing its revamped mainstream models of the past year and is now getting ready to bring back the popular Moto X series. It could come in two storage variants - one with 32GB ROM, and another with 64GB ROM. The smartphone will be backed by a 3000 mAh battery. Since latest smartphones are coming up with a bunch of extraordinary features, this upcoming Moto X4 will also offer the same set of specifications to explore the web world well. According to the specifications the dimensions of Moto X4 are 148.35 x 73.4 x 7.99 mm. In Europe, North America and Latin America, the handset will come with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage, while in the Asia Pacific region, the Moto X4 will come with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage. It's unknown whether all of these features will come to the Moto X4 but it's likely several of these will. The Moto X4 will also be IP68 dust and water resistant, offering additional protection for those with butter fingers. The Secondary camera also allows you to record full HD videos. And thanks to a leak by Android Authority, we have some new details. By the way, we're allegedly dealing with 12 and 8MP "main" shooters here, capable of various wide-angle tricks, a 120-degree field of view and depth of field effects, plus a 16-megapixel (!) selfie cam enriched with f/2.0 aperture.
