If you were attending Longitude Festival yesterday, chances are you probably had some queues to contend with.

Yesterday Stormzy, Picture This and Dua Lipa took to the main stage with Picture This nipping over to play a secret gig in the forest at Today FM's tent in the woods.

"My partner held up one teen, 15 years old, who kept fainting and managed to get her to safety", said one fan who contacted us. Some had claimed they were crushed in surges at the entrance to the venue soon after gates opened at 1.30pm.

Met Eireann have already issued a weather warning to anyone heading to Marlay Park to make sure to stock up on sunscreen with temperatures of up to 24 degrees expected.

Like numerous gigs across Ireland this summer, a number of security measures have been put in place for this weekend's festival.

Here's the full policy "Large bags and backpacks will not be allowed in to the festival, only small bags measuring no bigger than A4 (8.27in/21cm x 11.7in/29.7cm) will be permitted into the event". Bags smaller than A4 will be searched on entry, to avoid lengthy queues organisers strongly advise that you do not bring a bag.
