You can choose between the Rose Gold or Gold OPPO A77. And that is quite expected as the motto of the smartphone developers clearly emphasizes that the focus of the smartphones is going to be on the camera.

Talking about hardware, the Oppo A77 comes equipped with an Octa-core MediaTek MT6750T chipset that is clocked at 1.5GHz.

Oppo was reported to launch the Oppo A77 on May 26. As for price, the website mentions the A77's cost as NTD 10,990 which converts to $364.

Oppo A77 features 5.5-inch full-HD In-Cell display with 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution. The phone comes with a fingerprint scanner embedded in the home button at front. The rear sensor of the device seemingly wasn't changed as the Chinese original equipment manufacturer (OEM) says that the phone still ships with a 13-megapixel module that's equipped with a dual LED flash and supports phase detection autofocus (PDAF).

The storage space is further expandable through a microSD card slot. The smartphone runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow with ColorOS 3.0 UI skin on top. The new Oppo A77 will be up for pre-order starting May 19 and will be available for buy from May 26. Besides, the smartphone will offer hybrid dual-SIM support, 4G, Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n), Bluetooth, and Global Positioning System. Notably, the new smartphone from Oppo features an impressive 4GB of RAM and a 16-megapixel selfie-camera.

While the Dongguan, China-based tech giant didn't introduce a major visual refresh of its mid-range Android lineup, the internals of the OPPO A77 are a significant upgrade over those powering the handset that preceded it.

Selfie lovers will appreciate the camera sensors Oppo has fitted on the device.
