Bernardo Silva reveals Premier League “dream” amid Man Utd and Chelsea links

Report Chelsea and Manchester United target Bernardo Silva has said he dreams of playing in either England or Spain.

Silva, 22, was key for Monaco as they defeated Borussia Dortmund 3-1 tonight to advance to the Champions League semi-finals with a 6-3 aggregate.

And Silva, with 48 appearances so far this season, has thrived at the centre of this new approach, complimenting Tiemoué Bakayoko's engine-like influence with a touch of craft and innovation.

'For now, I am feeling very well here in Monaco, ' Silva told CNN via FourFourTwo.

His performances at the Stade Louis II have not gone unnoticed by Premier League scouts either, with Manchester United keen on the midfielder.

The Sun quote Silva, who reveals that it is his dream to play either in La Liga or the Premier League at some point in his career: "Spain and England are the best, and of course I dream one day to be there".

The Portugal worldwide joined Monaco from Benfica in August 2014, initially on a one-year loan deal, before the move was made permanent halfway through his temporary spell for a fee close to €16 million. "It's my third season in France, but obviously every player wants to play in the best leagues".

The midfielder has 12 worldwide caps for Portugal but was ruled out of his country's victorious Euro 2016 campaign through injury.
