Tom Brady jokes about stolen jersey with hilarious 'suspect board'

A game jersey belonging to New England quarterback Tom Brady, believed to have been stolen shortly after his National Football League team's Super Bowl victory, has been valued at $US500,000 ($A650,000) by police.

In case you were wondering, Tom Brady's missing Superbowl jersey is still missing, which is reportedly wort about $500,000. The police report also notes that the crime is a first-degree felony.

The number 12 Patriots jersey went missing in the aftermath of New England's 34-28 over-time triumph over the Falcons at Houston's NRG Stadium.

As you can see, it's entirely possible that Creepy Tom Brady came to life and stole the jersey.

While Brady walked to the team bus, a reporter asked the quarterback if he had recovered the jersey.

Owner Robert Kraft said the New England Patriots will do all they can to ensure "the haters still hate" following their record-breaking Super Bowl success.

In the end, Goodell had to hand the Lombardi Trophy to Kraft while Brady won the Most Valuable Player award. Brady later joked with a reporter that it would "be on eBay at some point".

"Gave me heart palpitations", another wrote, while one fan of the Super Bowl 51 MVP said that "all of New England just had a panic attack". Momentum on its side, the Patriots marched down the field on first possession and scored the winning touchdown.

Tom Brady's Super Bowl jersey has still not been recovered.
